Want to join for an internship?

In 2019, Jesper founded GØTZ Bread Projects with the aim of making sourdough baking accessible to all, helping numerous food-related businesses and thousands of amateur bakers along the way.

At Sommer Canteen it is now possible to join for a payed internship. You can sign up for a couple of days or up to a month. This service is mostly for professionals. Get in touch and plan your stay.

Sourdough Baking

Maybe you aspire to open your own micro sourdough bakery or if you hold the position of head chef in a canteen or restaurant. Consider joining our internship program. Here, you'll have the opportunity to learn the art of sourdough baking, whether it's in smaller or larger quantities.

Longevity

In Jesper’s view, the future of food revolves around health and sustainability on multiple levels. He believes that longevity in our eating and cooking habits is closely correlated with how we treat our planet. Upon joining his internship, he will instruct you on this concept and how you can implement it in your life or business. If you're new to the concept, you can Google "longevity" to learn more about it

Sourcing & Collaborators

In Jesper’s opinion. Sourcing, connection and knowledge is some key pillars that are often overseen in the food industry. When joining the internship program, you’ll be introduced to Sommer’s collaborators such as suppliers, nutritionists, and many more. This will inspire you to evolve your business on multiple levels.
